Cafe Velvet Medelin was established in June 2014 in Medellín, inspired by the entrepreneurial vibe reigning in the city. We started roasting ourselves early 2015 after importing a Probatone 5. We specialize in coffee drinks, slow coffee preparations, as well as — more traditional — espressos and cappuccinos. A particular effort is made to offer our specialty coffee in a nice and welcoming environment, with excellent service and client attention. Behind our operation are many interesting stories, among which the most important one are relating to our Colombian coffee producers, told on postcards in our bar.
